3 Specimen plane and aperture can be cleaned with any

common industrial cleaning solvent (avoid contact of

painted surface and interior of the sensor with solvent).

Use of pressurized air is to be avoided as the inner

components of the sensor can be damaged.

3.4.4 Fuse Replacement Procedures

To replace the fuse:

1 Turn the Power switch on the unit off and remove power

cord.

2 With a fingernail or a small flat-blade screwdriver, gently

open the fuse box by inserting it in the small groove next

to fuse compartment door (Figure 3-3) and exerting

lateral pressure.

3 Take out fuses and replace with replacement fuses.

Note the following label located near the fuse box:

CAUTION: FOR CONTINUED PORTECTION AGAINST RISK

OF FIRE, REPLACE ONLY WITH SAME TYPE AND RATING

OF FUSE SHOWN.
